Live post counts
Counts come straight from Instagram and refresh every month, so you can mix one broad tag with smaller ones you can actually rank in.
Pick, then paste
Tick the hashtags you like and copy them in one go, with dots so they sit below your caption. Export or save the set for next time.
Banned hashtags flagged
Hashtags Instagram restricts are marked and can’t be selected. Paste a whole caption into the banned checker to clean it.

Questions
Is MetaHashtags free?
Yes. Without an account you get 3 searches a day, with 5 hashtags per search. A free account gives you 10 searches a day and 3 saved sets. Pro shows every hashtag we find, up to 155 per search.
Where do the post counts come from?
From Instagram’s own hashtag search, refreshed at least once a month. Free plans see rounded counts like 21.1M; Pro sees exact counts.
Do I need to connect my Instagram account?
No. We never ask for your Instagram login or access to your account.
What does “Dots” do?
It adds five lines with a single dot before your hashtags when you copy them, so the hashtags sit below your caption instead of right after it.
What is a banned hashtag?
A hashtag Instagram has restricted, usually because of spam or content that breaks its rules. We mark banned hashtags in red, and the banned hashtags checker scans a whole caption.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, of course. You can cancel anytime before the due date of your next payment.
